What kinds of products can be personalized?
We currently personalize items such as hats, tumblers and cups, cutting boards, and other gifts. Available options may vary by product.
How do I submit my engraving design?
On the product page, use the image upload field and the “Engraving idea / details” box. Include names, dates, wording, placement preferences, and any other instructions that will help us understand your idea.
What image files work best?
Clear, high-quality PNG or JPG artwork usually produces the best results. Simple, high-contrast designs and clean logo files are easiest to engrave. If you have another file type or are unsure about your artwork, contact us before ordering.
Can you engrave a business logo?
Yes. Business logos, team designs, and organization artwork are welcome. Upload the clearest version available and include any placement or sizing preferences in the engraving details.
Will I receive a design proof?
A proof is not automatically included with every order. If we need clarification about your artwork or instructions, we will contact you before engraving. Please double-check spelling, dates, and other details before submitting your order.
How long does a custom order take?
Production time depends on the product, order quantity, and design complexity. Shipping time is additional. If you are ordering for an event or have a firm deadline, please contact us before placing your order.
Can I order multiple matching pieces?
Yes. We welcome group, team, business, wedding, and gift orders. For larger quantities or special requests, contact us so we can discuss availability, timing, and design details.
Can personalized products be returned?
